| I'm 35, I need to know what is the age when men need to do a full check of their best friend. How often will that be, how does it work and why we need it?

| After 30 you need to get a test, pay a visit to your doctor at least once a year, eliminate excess, cut down on sugar, meat, coffee and drink lots of water and green foods.

| You are about time, I say 33 tp 35 you should be doing an anual visit to your doc
